各境外培訓合作機構：
Overseas Training Cooperative Organizations (hereinafter referred to as “OTCO”),
第十九屆中國國際人才交流大會（以下簡稱大會）定于2021年4月在深圳舉辦，本屆大會將采用“線下線上并重”的“雙引擎”會展新模式。為進一步促進中外人才交流合作，推動境外培訓教育資源與境內培訓需求有效對接，現邀請相關境外培訓合作機構參展。有關事項通知如下：
The 19th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as “CIEP”) will be held in Shenzhen in April 2021. The 19th CIEP will be in the form of both online and offline exhibitions. In order to further advance exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign talents, and to promote the effective matching of overseas training resources with domestic demand, OTCO are invited to participate in the exhibition. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Offline Exhibition
大會線下開設國際科技創新和人才交流展洽綜合館，設立國（境）外專業機構展覽推介專區。培訓合作機構可自愿報名,設立展位推介優勢培訓資源、精品課程等。
The 19th CIEP will set up a Special Area for Exhibition and Promotion of Overseas Professional Organizations at the International Science and Technology Innovation and Talent Exchange Exhibition Hall. OTCO could register voluntarily to reserve a booth to promote advantageous training resources, high- quality courses etc.
2. 線上展廳
2. Online Exhibition
培訓合作機構提供參展相關資料素材，大會借助AR/VR/3D等信息技術手段，以圖、文、音、像等多媒體形式，搭建街景式虛擬展區，全方位展示培訓合作機構精品課程建設、培訓資源。
OTCO are invited to provide materials and information to display in multimedia forms such as pictures, texts, audios and images by means of AR/VR/3D technology. The 19th CIEP will build street-view virtual exhibition hall and comprehensively demonstrate the high- quality courses and other training resources of OTCO.

3. Exhibition Requirements
各培訓合作機構須對提供參展信息真實性、合規性負責，杜絕虛假信息、夸大宣傳。
Every OTCO shall be responsible for the authenticity and legal liability of the information provided for the exhibition. We prevent false information and exaggerated publicity.

1. Registration as Exhibitors
線上參展請于4月2日前報名，線下參展請于3月31日前報名，逾期不再受理。
Online exhibitors should register before April 2. Offline exhibitors should register before March 31.

2.免費參展
2. Free Registration for OTCO
鑒于新冠疫情給出國（境）培訓工作造成前所未有的困難，經商大會組委會，境外培訓合作機構免費參展，不收取任何費用。
In view of the unprecedented difficulties caused by COVID- 19 pandemic for overseas training, after our consultation with the organizing committee of CIEP, OTCO will be free of charge for registration of both online and offline exhibitions.

大會線上線下參展范圍為與科學技術部（國家外國專家局）引進國外智力管理司建立正式合作關系的境外培訓合作機構，請各合作機構自愿報名。參展中相關事宜，可聯系我司。
Online and offline exhibitors are limited to the overseas training organizations who have established official cooperation relations with Department of Overseas Intellectual Resources Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology ( State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs). OTCO could register voluntarily. If you have any questions, please contact Department of Overseas Intellectual Resources Cooperation.
